TARS Post Office Box

Due to the astronomical increase in the cost of retaining the Club's Post Office Box over the last couple of years (£50 in 2009, £170 in 2011) , the Committee has made the decision not to continue with this facility.
Unfortunately, as all the rally paperwork had the PO Box address on it, we had no choice but to renew for this year, but it will expire in July 2012.
We suggest that you cease to give the PO Box address for QSL's etc with immediate affect to give anything in the system time to clear.

As an alternative, G4VTO has kindly agreed to all allow his Works address to be used. Any mail must be addressed exactly as follows:

We will be advising all the organisations who use the box of the new arrangements over the next few months. A list is being kept of all general Club mail in order that (hopefully) no mail will go astray.
It is very much regretted that we have had to take this course of action, but quite frankly, the amount of use that the Club Members make of the box and the current cost, it is just not viable to retain it.
